We offer free delivery within a 25 mile radius of Southampton, for areas beyond that please contact us to check delivery cost.
Where can you put a Hot Tub?
You will need a clear level area a minimum of 2m x 2m (Orbis only). Preferably a patio or decking area that can support a full Hot Tub and up to 4-6 persons (1200Kg – 1500Kg).
A standard 13amp plug socket* within 10 meters of the tub location Indoors or Outdoors. We will also need access to water via an outside or indoor tap.
*For safety reasons we do not recommend using a spur socket for the connection.
Can you get a hot tub into my Garden?
We need a minimum clear route 80cm wide with free height of 180cm (200cm for the Quatro Spa), more if we need to turn corners.
Please check our detailed access guide before booking.
What do I have to do during the hire?
Mostly just relax and enjoy the experience. We provide full training during the setup. Along with a user friendly water maintenance and testing pack for you to use.
How soon can I use the Hot Tub after delivery?
You can use the Hot Tub when it has reached 37c and the water is at the correct fill and dose levels. This will take up to 12hrs.
i.e A hot tub setup on Thursday evening at 8pm would not be ready to use until maybe 8am Friday morning.
How much does it cost to run the Hot Tub?
Our hot tubs are much more wallet friendly than inflatables to heat and maintain. A typical week long hire will use £10 – £15 of electricity.
What if it is raining/snowing/cold/hot when I’ve booked the Hot Tub?
Hot Tubs are fantastic at anytime, but can be even better when it’s cold outside or even raining or snowing. For those that prefer more cover we supply an all weather gazebo as standard.
